In every big mall in US, there is a standard sized diverse food court. By diverse I mean, there would be an italian eatery, chinese, a pizza shop, a sandwich shop and so on. In one such mall near my place there is one such Chinese restaurant in the food court. Sometimes overcome by the guilt of shopping, we avoid the guilt of eating by ordering stir fried veggies in clear sauce. I have eaten in many dozens of Chinese restaurants but this one place beats them all. I have no idea how they make it, but the string beans and veggies swimming in clear sauce is just so divine. We can down two plates of it within no time. This is my attempt at the same thing. I think my sauce needs improvement, but the taste is no matter good. Enjoy!
