Have you ever wanted to do something so badly that it turned out bad every time you did? Did you give up? or did you try and try again? I did the latter. I tried again in spite of my husband warning me that I am going to stink up the place, again!! I mean who wants a stinky house full of mung sprouts. Then I landed on this link that changed my life. I mean it’s a life saver and made my house “fresher”. You have to try this out and let me know how it turned out. Once I had a jar full of sprouts, I couldn’t stop eating it just from the Jar. It is so good. This salad is just a no brainer. Enjoy!

    • Sliced yellow grape tomatoes (Red would have been perfect)
    • Chopped Carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper
